Your Coaches

Stephanie China is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, nutrition coach, and two-time CrossFit Games Masters athlete who helps athletes build strength, movement quality, and the gymnastics capacity needed to perform at a higher level. She has worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Her and her husband owned and operated a CrossFit gym for 8 years, coaching hundreds of athletes.

Turner Moyse has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Originally from London, England, he moved to Canada a decade ago where he met his wife and built his life in the mountains of British Columbia. Turner began his career as a personal trainer in London before going on to co-own and operate a CrossFit gym in Revelstoke, B.C. Over the years he has coached hundreds of athletes of all levels, helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term performance. Turner held a CrossFit L3 for 7 years. He has also played a key role in coaching his wife to two appearances at the Masters CrossFit Games.
